1. feor [Jul 30, 2009]
fedor\'s manager is such a scumbag. he wants so much money and he takes about 70&of it. wat the fuck
2. Shaydie [Jul 30, 2009]
I am not always a Dana White cheerleader but, UFC has made enough concessions. They cannot please M-1 and they should stop trying. If Fedor wanted to fight here bad enough he would.
3. Big G [Jul 30, 2009]
Fedor and his management are stalling on coming to the UFC. They know the best competition is in the UFC, and it scares them. His legacy could go down the drain if he were to lose there, so why go in the first place? He very well may be the best, but others have learned that they were very beatable once they entered the octagon.
4. smcpherson25 [Jul 30, 2009]
it sounds pretty simple to me, all the UFC has to do is allow Fedor to compete in sambo tournaments, and let him sign a 3 or 4 fight contract, not tell him everytime he wins his contract renews so that he cant leave until he loses, he dont wanna be tied down to the UFC forever, and most of all, when hes fighting say in advertisements "fight brought to you by UFC and M-1 Global" or something similar, theres a whole pie and dana wants it all for himself, share a piece DANA!!!!!!
5. tony [Jul 30, 2009]
i agree, co-promotion is a must. the UFC needs to stop being such a fascist monster on this point and be cooperative in the business. they did it with Chuck in Pride, they can do it with Fedor now.
6. bryan [Jul 30, 2009]
fedor's management are fags! let him come to the ufc!
7. Snake [Jul 30, 2009]
M-1 and Fedor has always been fair right from the beginning and you can ask Affliction,Bodog,Yarenoka,Rings and Pride for that, Dana and the UFC are the only thing stopping Fedor from competing in the UFC not the other way around
8. jim [Jul 30, 2009]
But who is m-1 global lol. what have they done to grow the sport. They are just leeches that want a cut of total earnings. M-1 wont add anything positive to the Ufc's bottom line, only their own. Ufc has worked to get where they are. M-1 found a russian fighter thats pretty good to get where they are. If fedor retired today m-1 would go under instantly.
9. Jesse [Jul 30, 2009]
I agree that Fedor is an International Star. He should be able to fight where ever he wants. He may be the best fighter in the world, at least the best heavy weight. The UFC needs to grasp that idea and run with it until they can at least come to an agreement for the fight everyone wants to see...Fedor VS. Brock
10. FedorFan [Jul 30, 2009]
There\'s no competition in the UFC for Fedor. Lesnar only has 5 fights under his belt. He beat an overrated Mir. Fedor has already beat Nog. Couture is 45 years old. Kongo has a terrible ground game. Valesquez are Carwin are lesser version of Lesnar. Fedor would destroy Lesnar.
11. AFRAIDOR MILLIONENKO [Jul 30, 2009]
Lesnar is a freak of nature...you can't say that with fedor's demensions he would be able to handle that beast! Finkelstein is turning afridor into a joke. that's why they're hanging on to that one thing Dana won't give M-1....the rights to piggyback on HIS success
12. AFRAIDOR MILLIONENKO [Jul 30, 2009]
FEDOR's nuts FAN....exactly which gameplan would he use to take out Brock?....wrestling, trade punches, ground and pound,....superman punch?! Wait... no....SAMBO! hahahahahahhha. You're almost as myopic as he and finkelstein are.
13. Alex [Jul 31, 2009]
You don't understand though, he doesn't want to fight for UFC, there's nothing else out there but Strikeforce, Elite XC, among a few others. And for Afraidor...You do not know anything about the sport and should not be watching. Fedor has been fighting much longer and has much more experience, you have no idea...lol.
14. Heywood Jablome [Jul 31, 2009]
"yesterday" lol
15. Here comes the Crazy [Jul 31, 2009]
Fedor is in a class of his own, he is a humble gentleman and has more respect worldwide than any of those UFC clowns, just because he doesnt want to bow down and scrape to Dana doesnt mean he isnt the best. UFC is well promoted but it could be better. A monopoly like what the UFC is aiming for is not healthy in any marketing sense. Fedor is a fighter and wont put up with Danas bully boy tactics
16. tank [Jul 31, 2009]
if fedor doesnt come to the ufc he will be looked at like a coward and be accused of ducking competition bottom line
17. mmanizzle [Jul 31, 2009]
co - promote already! let\'s get it on!!!
18. mmanizzle [Jul 31, 2009]
UFC has done alot for MMA, however, MMA could grow even bigger if they co-promote!!! Do it already! Fedor and his team are trying to grow the sport... The only down side is that everyone that they've co-promoted with have gone out of business....
19. inxxane [Jul 31, 2009]
I'm tired of Fedor.
20. thesmartestguyontheboard [Aug 1, 2009]
UFC, stand your ground! Half of your company isn't worth one fighter that may only have 5 years left of MMA.. To all these idiots saying co-promote.. you should shoot yourselves in the head, why give half of your company to the competition when the competition has nothing you NEED! get a life grow up and learn about business... It isn't sound business to co-promote for the fertitas.. Plus their gamining license means billions! Why would they jepordize that for some russian thug promoter?
21. sim [Aug 2, 2009]
UFC only have a few world class fighters these days, they have become an exercise in promotion and marketing. Any organisation whos heavy weight champion has only had five fights cannot be legit. If you want a fight with Fedor...leave the UFC like others have done.

\"12. AFRAIDOR MILLIONENKO [Jul 30, 2009] FEDOR\'s nuts FAN....exactly which gameplan would he use to take out Brock?....wrestling, trade punches, ground and pound,....superman punch?! Wait... no....SAMBO! hahahahahahhha. You\'re almost as myopic as he and finkelstein are.\" LoL u know what sambo is? There is the only thing what lessnar is afraid - submissions, and low kicks. So it\'s easy win for Fedor. Second of all, if Dana pretending that he dont wanna see Fedor in UFC so much, so why he still offering and runing around Fedor? Wanna Fedor in UFC? Let him fight his SAMBO fights, and pay him what ever he wants, after all he is the best heavy weight in the world. I\'m sorry for my bad english.
23. ry2J [Aug 2, 2009]
I agree with the fact Finklestein is a scum bag. But all you people acting like online tough guys with your head up Dana's ass, your mark a$$ MMA fans. Take off your Affliction T-shirt and your tap out hat and realize UFC is not the best fighters in the world... It's a collection of the number 3 and 4's of their respective trades in most cases bc 1 and 2 stay in their sport. A WWE wrestler the very guy you boo'd 3 fights ago killed your legend and beat Mir. Fedor would kill Brock look at what happened when Mir hit him with his weak ass strikes the knees, brock was outa it for a good couple secs. Mir is no Fedor.. Dana cares just as much about money as Jewkilstein.... If he didn't he'd let A. Silva fight Roy Jones hes the one who is afraid he doesn't have the best fighters! Agreeing with what others said UFC is about money and marketing people who want Fedor can go find him!
24. BrutalKO [Aug 2, 2009]
...It's pretty sad all the ignorance surrounding Fedor. Just leave the dude alone and let him make up his own mind. I think Fedor will eventually come to the UFC. America honors & respects that man more than any other Russian in history. It would be good for the game to see him grace the Octagon. Everybody wants to see Fedor fight win or lose. Some of the other top Pride fighters stayed on board with the UFC. I agree with most that the best competition Fedor will ever face is in the UFC. The world knows it. I think there are only a few guys in the UFC HW Division that can be a threat. Lesner, Carwin & Velasquez. Imagine the $$$ Zuffa will generate signing Fedor. They should offer him more than any other fighter based on the money they will make off him in a UFC debut. I think if the $$$ gets right, he will step into the Octagon and man the hype will be incredible. I think other than those 3 fighters mentioned above, he has a good chance on becoming the UFC HW Champion.
25. Jeff [Aug 2, 2009]
Fedor is afraid to fight top guys. If he had a sack, he'd be in the UFC. He's over.
26. jake [Aug 3, 2009]
fedors a greedy pussy afraid to fight top competition. 5 years he'll be mostly remembered as second rate
27. jerremy [Aug 4, 2009]
fedor is starting to look like a scared little homo
28. Logic [Aug 4, 2009]
Lets look at logic. The best fighters in the world right now are in the UFC. Period. If Fedor doesn\'t come here soon, he\'ll be looked at as ducking competition. You cannot make a case that ANY other organization has ANY champions that could be champs in the UFC. Half of them have already been kicked around in the UFC and left. Dana has said that he offered everything (including money) except a co-promotion, which the UFC has never done. They worked from the ground up to build the biggest league in the world for fighting, and now they should give half it away for one fighter? Go to business school and learn how money works. Not like that. So, Fedor is duckin competition and asking from something that is unattainable, and he knows that. If he doesn\'t sign witht the UFC and beat their champions, he wil never be considered the greatest ever. End of story.
29. shownig [Aug 4, 2009]
It\'s sad to see such a humble, good man who happens to be the top heavyweight in the world, Fedor, managed by money hungry scumbags. Remember, Fedor has a contract with M-1 GLobal and if they don\'t want him to fight for the UFC because they want to co-promote (which no fan wants to see), then Fedor can\'t fight! The reason MMA is taking over boxing because fans can watch the fights they want to see without all the bullshit politics. Now we see those politics crossing over to MMA.
30. Sad for MMA [Aug 4, 2009]
Because of money, corporate stinkers, and politics, the MMA world will never be able to see Fedor fight the best of the best. Fedor, I'll set up the fight in my backyard. Just come by and I'll pay you in sandwiches.
31. FEDOR VS SANTOS [Aug 6, 2009]
I WOULD\\\'VE LOVED TO SEE JUNIOR DOS SANTOS VS FEDOR. I GUESS SANTOS WILL WORK HIS WAY UP RANKS AND TAKE THE BELT WITH EASE NOW.
32. james [Aug 6, 2009]
You people calling Fedor a coward can stop already. Reverse psychology isn\'t going to work here and surely that\'s what you\'re trying because no one\'s dumb enough to call the man a coward. He\'s stopped every man that has entered the ring with him and done it with ease. He is co-owner of M-1 and he has a vested interest to see it do well too, just as Dana has in the UFC. It\'ll happen because Dana can\'t afford to keep Fedor out and Fedor has a legacy to build.
33. BrutalKO [Aug 6, 2009]
Dana is such a sore loser like Lesner is. They make a good couple. I figured he would throw Fedor, Strikeforce & M-1 under the bus. If he had gotten Fedor to sign, he would be teabaggin' him with massive promotion & hype. Cool he's with Strikeforce cause Mauro & Stephen get to call his fights again like the old Pride days. Fedor has a legit shot at winning another title in 3 different MMA organizations. That's pretty cool. Bret Rogers is really the only small threat Fedor has and he will beat Rogers with a don't blink Armbar in the 1st rd.
34. [Aug 11, 2009]
I\'m dissapointed that Fedor didnt sign with UFC. However, if you look a little deeper, it may not be a bad thing. Contracted for 3 fights over 12 months... potentially take out; Strikeforce\\\'s champ Overeem, Rogers is better than ppl think and I would like to see the free agent Lashley sign too. Strikeforce may lack depth, but it buys time to see Lesnar tested against more opponents... What if Lesnar lost in the next 12 months? Interesting. I\\\'d love to see Carwin or Kongo fight him, would represent a totally different challenge. Funny how ppl always talk about Lesnar\\\'s size/power smashing Fedor, a skinny 45 yo Randy was suprisingly competetive and Mir II repesented various openings to take out Lesnar. Fedor is so smart and can capitalise within an instant.
