i agree shamrock was great hall of fame great but he was past it years ago! kimbo is at the same stage of his MMA career as brock lesnar and imagine if they faced of brock wud destroy the guy, if it werent for youtube this guy wud still be in someones backyard beating another nobody like him!

Ken hasnt beat anybody decent in over 10 years! ken was motivated when he come out motivated for Robert Berry, Rich Franklin, Tito Ortiz.....and none of them are great lol he would never have the honor to face Fedor, he needs to beat a top 20 guy first then maybe he\'ll get some mma recogniztion, not just marketing hype.

Hell yeah if he fights mir he'll get his arm riped off..Cuz Kimbo doesn't tap haha yeah right.. he needs to shut up and fight some who gunna test him..James Thompson tested him a should of won that fight cuz Kimbo did tap& Ken is such a great fighter anymore no disrespect..Someone needs to knock slice out & send him back to the streets he has a good coach and is learning a lot but doesn't use any of it in the cage....I want to see Slice & Bret Rogers. i think Rogers has the tools send Slice packing..I hope Ken does Win But i dont think it's gunna happen

kens main concern is a paycheck. this will be a big payday for him. i doubt he cares if he wins or loses. i doubt ken is even training for this fight. ken can actually box pretty well when hes in shape. he could conceivably get inside trade for awhile. he should really just shoot right away and start looking for a rnc, knee bar or gnp. hes really just another guy for kimbo to knockout to build him up, in the end.

How many guys are at the same level as him learning??Hes faught in the street and wants to fight mma so he does have some fighting experience and remember his managers are the ones that try to make the deals to get him fights. Put it this way, this will be a good fight, you have a guy who's new to the sport and has alot to learn but some great striking power, and you have a guy who's pretty much on his last fight unless affliction pays him a crazy fight salary (like they are known for doing). Anyway i would say ken and kimbo are pretty much at the same level. an old veteran vs a kinda young newbie. As for kimbo's mma career he's not going far unless he a quick BJJ learner. just look at what an average heavyweight did to him. Which i agree with 90% of the mma world that the fight was robbed from thompson. Hey at the end of the day, its all about the mighty dollar, and kimbo and ken bring in alot. I will enjoy this fight.

Yeah I think you have to give him props for trying to make it in the MMA world. He could have continued to bet on the streets and probably made more money..ha... but seriously, he does get a lot of publicity because of youtube and I think thats great that someone can come from nothing and become a star just by one putting videos on youtube.

Ken Shamrock has been proved to be past his prime, after his last lost against Tito Ortiz...Tito proved to not be a big threat in MMA against his losses against Chuck Lidell...Kimbo Slice is a great fighter but he needs to actually have a challange other than these past there prime fighters...(Tank Abbott), now Ken Shamrock

Kimbo is new to the game and Ken is a crafty veteran who hasn\'t shown much in his past 8 fights or so. I agree that Ken looks for a paycheck anymore and that Kimbo has more to prove, but i think as long as Ken put a 70 percent effort in he will beat Kimbo due to the lack of his skill. If Kimbo doesnt drop Shamrock early Kimbo will lose. I also want to know why in the hell Ken would ever want to figh Frank he will recieve a worse beating than Tito ever gave him. Frank is the shit
