In MMA or Submission grappling, you just need a second or two to do this trick...and with a pro like Barnett, its a peace of cake to do this move in that time....Mike, you need to watch some Submission grappling and/or some Pancrase events....this trick is done in Pancrase dozens of times in a single fight, since fighters refrain from striking while theyre on the ground(I am speaking about the earlier Pancrase events)...Effective move, but as I said, you need to be really quick and skillfull to pull it off since your opponent can counter you just as fast..
