poor push kick(doesn't drive hips forward/ is off balance) , elbow awful (should be hand open, palm facing opponent and coming down in an arch- only this way do you strike with the boniest and most damaging part of the elbow plus you get to pile drive your opponent with it . he also offers no guard when elbowing so is prime for a right hook counter or even getting headbutted either by accident or not! left arm should be up and fairly central to body with hand somewhere around top of head to prevent this and protect chin) upper cut no upward momementum from legs as doesn't rise as he punches and is even directed in towards himeslf and not towards his opponent.) result is further imbalance and that stagger at the end of his 'dramatic' exit from the lift/elevator i'm just hoping this guy is drunk and on his way back to the hotel room to sleep it off. he says ' alot of people ask him about thai boxing...blah blah blah'....more fool them, this guy is a muppet and probably learned this 'great move' from watching a couple of low quality videos. he is exactly why i chose to study one single martial art from thai lumpini/Ratchadamnoen ranked fighters with serious fight experience. I have alot of respect for mma fighters like bas ruten, randy couture, fedor but this clown makes a mockery of their sport. hope he meets some who actually knows how to combine a teep, right elbow and uppercut in the cage and gets put to sleep. what an arsehole

That exit from the elevator looks like he's chasing someone's bunghole. This guy is an embarrassment to any serious MMA fighter, and furthermore, shouldn't try to pass himself off as knowledgeable on Muay Thai. Absolute rubbish.

C'mon guys you just can't cope with Mayhem's personality can you. He was'nt trying to demonstrate proper technic. It's just some dumb video blog. Mayhem is a terrific fighter he just has a personality that clashes with most everyone else. STEVE S. I would love to watch you fight St. Pierre or Souza or Trigg or anyone Mayhem has fought for that matter with your unique style. I'm willing to bet you would get smashed. WAR MAYHEM!

Dear Red_Dragons_...I'm afraid this was my first viewing of Mr Mayhem so I have no idea about the guy's personality. (I personally enjoy watching the nutters like crazy horse bennett so i'm not anti that sort of fighter at all). However I mistakenly thought the video, dumb blog or not, should at least hopefully show the guy has some sound technique even if he is messing about. Having since watched some of more of his fights he clearly has no shortage of spirit/ the 'crazy' element but i wonder why you later mentioned a fighter such as St. Pierre who is technically such an excellent all round fighter. I have a sneaking suspision that you too may be a purist at heart and that your real respect lies with the true technicians! Anyway as a 66kg fighter who's fundamental martial arts experience is in Muay thai I have absolutely no doubt that the three you mentioned would 'smash' me as you put it. But that really wasn't the point of my original rant. Anyway, you can keep the likes of mayhem pal, and I'll take the st. pierres, the shoguns and the fedors of this world. respect to you nevertheless and glad to see some folks are awake out there!
